BREAKING: House Democratic Caucus Vows Commitment to Working Families

We are proud of the work we have done on behalf of all Virginia families. We have kept our promises to do the work of the people who elected us to represent them, and we will continue to do so. While every bill was not signed, they all represent our willingness to fight for working families who all want the same things – a world-class education, high-quality affordable healthcare, and family-supporting jobs.
Unfortunately, the budget that supported these goals were not accepted, and we will now have to return for a special session to vote on an updated budget. Regardless of what the Governor proposes, our commitment to our values and the Commonwealth remains strong.
